At a restaurant I visited again (for the second time) at the beginning of the year.
No notes, but just checking in because it was delicious 🙇.
This was my second visit, and this is the last since it was two drinks.
I was staring at me with dull eyes from the fridge, so here is the last one 💁.
This is the Fukunotomo Akita Inu Label Junmai Ginjyo Nama Sake from Akita's Fukunotomo Sake Brewery.
Anyway, first of all, the Akita Inu on the label is cheating 🐕.
If you like dogs, you can't help but order this.
The sake inside is the only draft sake in the Akita Inu Label series, and its concept is "the dignified air of a winter morning.
It is a junmai ginjo sake brewed with Kyokai No. 9 yeast without bubbles (yeast No. 901).
Taste memory... 🍶.
The aroma is fresh and pleasant with a hint of ginjo aroma.
The taste is smooth and clean, crisp, clear and fresh.
It was the kind of sake that makes you want to drink it in gulps, with a beautiful flavor that makes you want to savor its freshness and throatiness.
I have been drinking a lot of sake, but there are still so many drunken sakes out there that I can't keep up with them all 😄 I have to be more diligent.
