I am very late to the party, but since everyone has mentioned it, I got a bottle of Jukinmu as well.
My first impression was that it was sparkling. It has a gaseous feeling that makes you think it is a sparkling wine, and a nigori-yamami.
It's very spring-like, so it's perfect for this time of the year.
It seems to go well with aperitifs!
