The next sake brewery is Funasaka Sake Brewery.
Here you start by purchasing a boar cup and one medal from the gacha-gacha (200 yen) 🎰.
You can also purchase additional medals🏅.
You can sample a wide variety of sakes, but we started with the ones with interesting labels 😆.
⚫︎ samurai
Well, it's eye-catching 😅.
It tastes like a ripe apple 🍎 with sweetness and sourness.
I'd say the acidity is subdued 🤔.
It has a hint of ginjo aroma and is a light type of sake 🍶.
And it seems to be popular among foreign tourists 😆.
But I feel like asking if this taste is really "samurai" 🤨.
I think it's a little too sweet.
I'd like to see the toji's face 🙄.
⚫︎ toji Seiji Hiraoka
and then I saw a label that looked like that 👀.
Probably this guy.
This photo shows his samurai spirit in the foreground 🥸.
As for the sake, it too is sweet 😊.
It starts to get a bit more refreshing in the middle with a nice umami aftertaste 😙.
The ginjo aroma is also rich and shows a certain skill ☺️
Despite the solemn label, it was a modern sake 🤗.
When I hear the word "samurai" I think of classic sake 🍶, I guess I have a preconceived notion 😅.

Good evening, Hiro😄.
Interesting interpretation of Samurai! I too feel that the classic hard sake is samurai-like 🤣 it needs to be modern to appeal to the world 😁.

Hello ichiro18 😃
Even Samurai Japan must be far from the sweet image 🤣but if it's classical, it won't be popular with foreigners😱I agree that it's modern to sell😇.
