Comparison. Aroma of pear. Sweet and sour. The impression is the same. Both are delicious.
The ginjo has a refreshing and mildly sweet taste, while the junmai ginjo has a stronger umami taste. I think so. It is hard to say which is better.

This is the first prize of the SAKE Country Tourism, the main project of the Nagano Sake Brewers Association's crazy project.
You can collect stamps at sake breweries in Nagano Prefecture, and if you accomplish all of them, you will receive 6 bottles of sake (including daiginjyo) from each of the 3 breweries, for a total of 18 bottles. The sake breweries for the prizes are random.
We will receive 6 bottles each in March and April as well. Sake is scary.
