ninja weapon disguised as a pair of garden shears 4 Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu, 80th Anniversary Commemorative Sake Vol. 2: Rice used: 100% Takananishiki from Minami-Shinshu. Rice used: 100% Takananishiki from Minami-Shinshu, Polishing ratio 35%, Kake rice 45%, Sake degree +3.5, Acidity 1.9, Alcohol 16 degrees, Yeast K1401 Alcoholic aroma. Numbing spiciness and firm umami. When warmed to lukewarm, it softens the mouthfeel and gives the sensation of eating rice. It is extremely tasty. 5 Hijiridake: Polishing ratio 36%, Sake degree +2, Alcohol 17%, Acidity 1.3 Sour grape aroma. Sticky sweetness. Dry and stimulating on the throat. Tastes rich and delicious. 6 Suisho: 100% Takananishiki rice, 35% polishing ratio, Sake degree ±0, Alcohol 16 degrees, Acidity 1.5 Soft, acidic and umami. It is delicious. The first prize for achieving Shinshu SAKE Country Tourism. If you collect stamps from 70 breweries in Nagano Prefecture, you will receive 6 bottles each from 3 breweries, for a total of 18 bottles of sake including daiginjyo. A sake brewery in Iida. It is said that 37 breweries in Shimoina joined together in 1944. Nowadays we often hear about sake breweries going out of business, but this is a wise decision to preserve local sake in the region 80 years ago. A foresight. The following have already been submitted 1 SARUKO NO IZUMI 2 Seikan Ginjo Nama 3 Seikan Junmai Ginjo

ninja water-walking shoes 1 Sarukura no Izumi Miyamanishiki 100%, Polishing ratio 55%, Sake degree +4.0, Acidity 1.5 The main product of Kikusui. It has a very good ginjo aroma. It is light and dry. It tastes sweet and soft when heated. 2 Shunkan Ginjo Nama, 3 Shunkan Junmai Ginjo: 100% Takananishiki Made with 100% Takananishiki. Comparison. Aroma of pear. Sweet and sour. The impression is the same. Both are delicious. The ginjo has a refreshing and mildly sweet taste, while the junmai ginjo has a stronger umami taste. I think so. It is hard to say which is better. The following 3 bottles will be posted separately 4 Junmai-Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-Ginjo 80th Anniversary Sake 5 Hijiridake 6 Suisho This is the first prize of the SAKE Country Tourism, the main part of the Nagano Sake Brewers Association's crazy project. You can collect stamps at sake breweries in Nagano and get 6 bottles of sake (including daiginjyo) from each of the 3 breweries if you achieve all the goals, for a total of 18 bottles. Trip to complete the Iida Line 🚃Day 2 We strolled around Tenryu Gorge and entered a Shinshu soba🍜 restaurant. The aroma is that of aged sake. But when you taste it, it is softer and gentler than expected. Bitter-sweet dry taste of maturity. It is a daily drink. When paired with grated prawn soba (buckwheat noodles), it is suddenly delicious 😋. After the meal, I was shown the sake and it was a regular sake in a paper carton 😅good as usual👍.
