My favorite Dainishichi Sake Brewery's Nama Hashiroshi Nama Zakkuri. It is a limited edition sake brewed in the fall and winter. Nama-hashiroshi is also delicious, but the nama-zume is even more exquisite! It has a crisp acidity and a refreshing nose, followed by a mild sweetness. It can be paired with both Japanese and Western food ✨. A versatile sake that tastes great warmed up 😋. I love it so much I want it in the store all year round! And I'm a newbie to sake, wondering what is the meaning of "raw" in "unpasteurized" sake....
