Yakitori in Shinshu is served with oidare sauce, isn't it?
I heard it's called "oi-tare" in Japanese.
Of course, we went to Okazaki Sake Brewery!
This sake brewery also brews Tsukiyoshino!
They are somewhat similar.

Is this a yakitori restaurant in the onsen town?
I would love to bring home some "Shinshu Kamerei" but it's high season so I'm not sure if I can buy it 🤔.

Hi Jive. There are only about 2 drinking establishments in the hot spring area.
You can buy just two bottles of Kamerei at the brewery.
(I think it is crowded though).
