The week before last, I went to Sapporo on a work-related business trip with my junior staff 🛫.
After the meeting, we went to Kushitori Bangaichi for the after-party before the social gathering.
I looked at the menu and found "Okunokaze" (⁉️) and "Okunomatsu" (⁉️), but this was the first sake I had ever seen.
I found out that it is a PB sake from Uchigasaki Sake Brewery and Kanesa Fujiwaraya, both of which have a long history of sake brewing ❗.
The refreshing taste goes well with yakitori, sashimi, etc. 😋.
