It's been a long time since I drank out🍶.
The taste was clean, dry and easy to drink. The sharpness of the aftertaste is especially outstanding, and the unobtrusive flavor seems to go well with everything 👌
However, I can't comment on the taste change since it was more than half gone 😭
When you drink outside... you can only appreciate the quality of the sake when it is served, so it is difficult to convey the depth of the flavor and the change in taste from the aroma when the bottle is first opened 😓.
It's hard to report the taste change of rare sake that is hard to drink, but also of sake that is relatively easy to drink in everyday life 😅.
I'm not sure if this sake is rare or not.... I'd like to know more about it 😏.
