ラル大佐
End of last year
A friend of ours who lives a double life in Hiroshima and Sendai gave us these coho as a year-end gift.
It's hard to buy them in Sendai, so it's a nice present for me.
Now, let's have a taste!
The top aroma is a faint scent of ginjo.
The mouthfeel is dry, but has a gentle sweetness that is typical of Aizan, and a satisfying umami taste. After the slightly sake-like aftertaste passes through, it is finished off with a gentle acidity and bitterness.
It is a perfect combination of convincing deliciousness and sharpness, and it is hard to stop.
We hope you will send us another bottle next year!
Thank you very much!
