Miyagi Kogota Agriculture and Forestry High School 130th Anniversary Project "Students Brew Sake with Rice Grown by Students" 5th Year Challenge Sake
The brewer is Kawatakei Shoten, which brews a delicious Yamahai sake called "Koganezawa" in the same town 😊.
Our eldest and second daughters are also enrolled in the same high school😅.
Last year it was a melon type, but this year it's a banana🍈. It has a gentle sweetness from the rice, and the acidity from the Yamahai makes it crisp and a little dry.
This brewery has a strong core of sake quality👍
Personal rating 7.5/10 points

Ryuppa-san Good evening.(^o^)I have also had this sake before.(^o^)I think it is a very great attempt as well. The taste was indeed robust and I thought it was a sake with a core!
