パーム農家
Shin Toyokuni, a local Aizu Sakashita-machi shin found at a local liquor store.
The aroma is a cottage-sweet mixture of banana and vanilla. The taste also has a rich sweetness. The strength of the sake is added to the sweetness, making it a strong sake. The aftertaste is quite astringent.
And...although it is a definite characteristic, it does not have a strong sake flavor. My wife said it was like nectar or apricot syrup, and it certainly gives that impression. People who like it may like it.
