I like it and I'm swinging for the fences, Kamo Kin😋. Capsules of apple🍎🍏 floating in tonic water, popping in the mouth. Delicious with a spicy aftertaste! 😋 A fragrant food wine with zero discomfort. Delicious with natural horse mackerel in sesame soy sauce from the bar Le Seller! The acidity of the wine makes it perfect with tempura and aurora sauce 🤤. The following is a record of all the dishes in order of preference. Ugo no tsuki (I've never seen hiragana before)  Sharp sweetness  Prune juice with a strong scent of gin  Full-bodied but refreshing 4) Black label from Akahoshi 🍺.  Gin-omi/polished 50  Laughing Four Seasons has a soft texture  Dry lactobacillus drink with a yogurt feel  Once again I want to enjoy it on its own😋. 4) Kozaemon  🌾Hidahomare/Polished 70  Grapefruit juice and notes📝. I'm so disappointed that I couldn't drink the Hyakujuro ANNIVERSARY that I was looking for this day 😭😭😭

Hi TOMO 😊 I was also introduced to you and it was my first visit to Oe in a long time 🍶I think you mentioned that you purchase sake from outside of the prefecture for all three of your restaurants 🤔. Since fish is their main selling point, they have a lot of what is commonly referred to as dry sake 😋.
