I was also introduced to you and it was my first visit to Oe in a long time 🍶I think you mentioned that you purchase sake from outside of the prefecture for all three of your restaurants 🤔.
Since fish is their main selling point, they have a lot of what is commonly referred to as dry sake 😋.
