One Cup-style small aluminum pop-top can. A medium-bodied junmai with some floral notes. Dry finish.

300 ml. The top of the line when it comes to the Joto brand in the US. Notes of melon and pear -- very standard junmai daiginjo stuff. Quite yummy, but as usual with JDG in the US, quite expensive (especially at a restaurant).

Although you don't expect much from one cup-style sake, this was particularly...tasteless. Not in a bad way necessarily, but by far lacking in any discernable flavor notes versus the five other types of sake we tasted that day at I'ma Detroit.
