The flavor that only heated sake can have and the refreshing dryness that is typical of Sanzenmori are in harmony and very tasty. I appreciate heated sake because of the cold weather.
Sanzenzakari New Sake Festival 11/23
A little over 20 minutes by shuttle bus from Tajimi Station. One hour on foot. The area is home to factories and residences of pottery makers.
Sake brewery tours are offered every 30 minutes, and the tour guide gave us a detailed explanation of the different types of sake made from raw sake. He said that most of Sanzenzori's sake is classified as nama-shu.
Mino-ware tiles, a local industry of Kasahara, are used as tasting tickets. It is nice to specialize in individuality.
Mino one-day trip to a brewery barbecue ladder trip 2/2nd house.
Probably there are other drinkers besides me who are visiting the same brewery.
However, it is an excursion until returning home.

There are new sake release events all over the place this time of year, and after wondering where to go, I took an excursion to Gifu. I returned home safely.
This was my first visit to Sanzenmori, and I think it is an interesting brewery specializing in dry sake. There are many sake dealers nearby, so I have more choices.
