To show my appreciation for all the help and support I have always received.
As it was my wife's birthday celebration, we went out for a delicious meal, albeit a little late. Ishikawa's famous sake is good, but I found something unusual. Here it is. Tatenogawa is one of the reasons I got into sake. It is different from the classics, but it is mainstream delicious. The mild ginjo aroma and the crispness of Miyamanishiki go perfectly with a meal.

Thank you, Jay & Nobby. Yes, it is Kabako crab. It goes very well with sake. There are some that go perfectly with Sake, or rather, go in an endless loop, and Tatenogawa is one of them.
