Totally new to this brand. Purchased at Aeon.
It's a little spicy with a hint of sweetness coming in at different times. It looks classic but is easy to drink with low alcohol content.
There are moments when you feel a little bit of alcohol.
The name is derived from the ritual of raising a horse, but considering the current situation, it seems to have a strong influence 🤔.

I drank what I thought was a fire-brewed version of this spec last year when I stayed in Kuwana City, Mie Prefecture 😁.
It wasn't bad, but "Uema Beer" made by the same brewery was better 🤣.
