After four years, after the local Bon Odori dance held last weekend.
I had a bottle of Jyushiyo Junmai Ginjo Nakadori Banshu Aizan at a local izakaya.
Hori-Izakaya is a popular local izakaya that Rui Yoshida also visited, and is highly recommended for its delicious seafood and creative dishes of both Japanese and Western origin!
There are always 20 to 30 kinds of sake on the menu, so I always have a hard time deciding what to drink!
At any rate, I ordered Jyushidai from the beginning because I couldn't miss it!
It was delicious, with a sweet flavor like a sweet ripe melon, and a full flavor and lingering aftertaste that is typical of Aizan!
