The label on the back of the bottle indicates that it is more on the dry side, but I personally feel it is very dry 🤔, perhaps because I am not used to drinking it.

Visited a brewery near Kawaguchiko. We toured the brewery and had a tasting.
The owner of the brewery was very friendly and told us many stories. The place was crowded with many foreigners, probably because of its location.

Sake blended with 28 year old sake 😳.
The color is faintly amber🟡.
Smell is sweet. It is indeed a blend of old sake😄.
Taste is soft sweet with a hint of sweetness and old sake.
Gentle and mellow on the throat.
The cleanliness is a sensation that disappears quickly 🫥.
Soft and well-rounded, a good sake to drink slowly and calmly 🍶.
