This was the first time I purchased a sake from Nagano Prefecture. The sake had a gorgeous ginjo-like aroma without much of an aroma, and the rice flavor could be tasted well.
Although the alcohol content was low at 14%, it was a sake that could be savored slowly with its acidity and throatiness!
