We had Soba at Fukudaya in Shibuya from 5pm.
DRY with Sawaya Matsumoto's Aizan?
This is delicious.
It has the sweetness characteristic of Aizan, but is refreshingly DRY and has a gaseous feeling that is typical of Matsumoto.
It is a seasonal sake and delicious.
Beer, Kaze no Mori, Matsumoto, Jigin, Kaze no Mori.
I drank too much again.
