sikamaruIt has been a long time since I bought it. Yamamoto.
Probably my first Butterfly Purple.
Overall, it has a nice sharp taste.
I may have chilled it a little too much,
It is juicy, acidic, and tasty, so I would say it is a deep dry wine.
It's like pure black with a touch of sex appeal.
I think they probably thought a lot about the relationship between the color and the taste. sikamaruIt is impossible to clearly define what one's favorite taste is, including one's mood, but if there were to be a definition of good sake, it would be this one, with a compelling taste. There are many factors such as sweetness, umami, dryness, aroma, sharpness, etc., but this is the base. This is the base of sake. sikamaruI've been drinking a lot of sweet sake lately, which I like, and I'm a little tired. I was looking for something a little more orthodox and tasty, so I went for Collage and Miyazumi, but for some reason I bought Ippakusuisei MovingSaturday. I still can't explain why I bought this one, but it is delicious. I think it is one of the sweeter Isshiro Suisei. It is basically composed of umami and sweetness, and is held together by a moderate acidity. The aroma is gorgeous and pleasant. In the end, it was my favorite sake again. sikamaruSake Mirai by 寫楽 is a must. The pink logo and the label are nice. It has the clarity of a daiginjo, with a balanced combination of sweetness, umami, bitterness, and acidity. sikamaruIt's been a long time since I've had a Sake Mirai. I think this is the driest Sake Mirai I've ever had. I don't know if dry is the right word, but the ginjo aroma is strong. When you put it in your mouth, it is more refreshing than I expected. The aroma on the nose is stronger than the taste on the tongue. It's something unique. Like a clear cola? I think it would be more balanced if it were a little lukewarm. sikamaruThe second day tasted better than the first, with more rice flavor. I don't know if it was a change in the taste of the sake or a blur on my part. RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
