This is an all-you-can-drink party at a sake brewery where we stayed overnight and drank all the sake brewed there, which took almost a year to realize.
The members were Rigel-kun, Nochi-san, and MAJ-san.
Thanks for the reservation, Rigel 💖.
I drove almost 2 hours from my house to the meeting place, where I was picked up by Mr. Nocchi! I couldn't do without a car for this event and it really helped 💕Thank you 🥰.
It's a small brewery built on the site of a former convenience store (see 3rd picture), but the president here has worked at Shinsei and the yeast they use is No. 6 yeast. In other words, you can drink all the Shinsei you want: ❤️
Strictly speaking, the taste is different because the rice polishing ratio is higher, but it is the same in that they are able to use acidity well. It was a very luxurious and enjoyable day. And we stayed over. I am too happy to sleep as it is.
The first and second pictures are the same sake. The supernatant has a sour taste and mellows out when mixed. This is quite a lot of sake for a toast. I wondered if it would be okay to drink so much at the beginning of an all-you-can-drink event, but it was a rare worry with this group of people 😆.

こちらこそよろしくお願いします🙇
お風呂入って布団を敷いといて、飲んで寝る!最高です。6号酵母もいろんな味に変わってて、一晩でこんなに飲むことなんてもうないのでしょうね😁
