The aroma is soft with a mature taste. It is typical of Niigata. There is also a slight fruity note.
The taste is very smooth and refreshing. It is the first time for a sake to spread so ladylike when it is aged in its original state.

The good thing is that it tastes good even with regular sake and honjozo type (snow, moon, flowers). If this is the case, you should buy Jun as well.
Serve with salmon soaked in sake.
