Ootsutsuzumi
Hana no Tomo Co.
Little fragrance, with a fruity aroma in the depths. Soft in the mouth. It has no habits and is almost watery, although it gives the impression of being a little sweet. A good, calm sake.
This sake is named after a place in Matsuo-cho, Yamatake City.
Purchased at a sake brewery during GW.
One of the sake breweries in Kujukuri. The building is magnificent and the garden decorated with lava-derived rocks is lovely.
