Cold: Very light, but with a lingering sourness.
At room temperature: Full-bodied, flavorful and robust.
Lukewarm: Aromatic without losing its ginjo aroma, and the spiciness subsides.
Overall, a mellow sake with a tangy aftertaste.
I think I like it a lot!
The cospa is also quite good 🍶.
I'm glad it's my first time out of Sake no Wa 🥹.
