@Okuine Onsen Aburaya The Tale of Three Cities Day 3 After visiting Amanohashidate and Ine, we stayed at Aburaya. Located on a hill with a beautiful inland sea below. The meal was full of seafood, just as we had expected. When we applied for the room, it was written that we should mention if we had any celebratory events, so we did, and we were even served a salted and grilled sea bream with its head on 🈂️. Speaking of Ine, Mukai Sake Brewery There was also Ine Mangaka, but we chose Kyo-no-Hana, brewed by the same brewery! It was my first time! Dry with a nice sharp taste! Dry is the best way to eat fish! Spanish mackerel, sea bream, abalone, and some other fish I had never seen before! The abalone rice was served at the end of the meal, mixed with the salt-baked sea bream I had just cooked. We drove to see the boathouse at Ine, and it was a great experience that made me feel a sense of history! We didn't get to go inside the Mukai Sake Brewery, but we did get a good look at the entrance. extensive knowledge It is characterized by its clean and crisp taste while retaining the aroma of rice. It is an easy sake to match with various dishes. Please keep it refrigerated. Alcohol content: 14%. Ingredients : Rice(domestic), Rice malt(domestic) Rice Polishing Ratio:70 Sake meter degree: +5
