Drinking in Kyoto in Early Spring Complete
We left Yokocho with great satisfaction and headed for Kyoto Station.
Thanks to the taxi ride, I had some time to spare, so I slipped into Inaseya, a standing bar in front of Kyoto Station that I had been anxious to visit for the last sake.
Tamanomitsu Junmai Ginjo Shukon.
A clean rice aroma, a refreshing flavor and sharpness, and a slightly bitter aftertaste.
The entrée was "Luxury Seafood Natto" 😲.
What's that? Natto goes really well with sake 😋 Put natto on top of chilled tofu and have it as an appetizer during the hot season 😋.
First, we ordered an unnamed hot sake and a limited quantity of "roast beef" 🍴.
I drank to my heart's content for the first time in a long time 🥰!
Now, let's try to close out the fiscal year 💪.

Hi Gyve 🐦.
You have been to many drinking places where the food looks delicious! I will refer to them 🙏.
I often make natto kimchi and eat it on cold tofu - with beer 😉👍.

Good morning, Pon-chan!
I was taught by my grandfather that [natto at night is bad for you], so I subconsciously excluded it from the snacks of sake 🤣.
I think cold tofu is the image of beer 🤔I will use the knowledge I gained from the sake activity as a reference for drinking at home.
