Masumi's Arabashiri. I wanted to go to the new sake festival! Slightly banana-like aroma. Wow, is this new sake? It is much darker and has a sweetness like plum wine. Ah, but there is definitely a freshness in the aftertaste. I was surprised at how delicious it was. It's a new sake that doesn't seem to be a new sake.

Niida Honke no Odayaka. Oh? Is my sense of smell fatigued? I can't smell much. The taste has a honey-like sweetness with a sourness characteristic of a sake yeast yeast strain, and it goes down smoothly. I wonder if I've been drinking too much every day. I feel like my senses have become dulled.

Kinryo's Junmai-shu made with olive yeast. It has a fresh aroma like muscat. It has an astringent and acidic taste like white wine. It is delicious, but it does not have much of a sake flavor, so there are different tastes. Personally, I prefer something with more sake-like characteristics, so I don't think I will be repeating this for a while.
