Miura Shuzo Toyobai Junmai-shu, heated to hot. The last one is Toyohai's sake for warming up. It had a crisp mouthfeel and aftertaste. It was served hot, and we enjoyed it hot or lukewarm as time went by. I was supposed to finish off with 1 gou, but I ended up drinking 2 gou in total.

Miura Shuzo Kura Limited Houhai Junmai Daiginjo served cold. It is different from Toyobai Dry. Fruity and aromatic Junmai Daiginjo.

Miura Shuzo Toyobai Dry special junmai sake, unfiltered, on the rocks. This is my first experience of drinking sake on the rocks. It has a crisp, dry and delicious taste.
