The restaurant I want to go to in Obihiro, I hit it up and was turned down saying it was full! I'm in trouble. ⁉︎ I was walking around town and came across a restaurant that a customer had introduced to me. I called the restaurant and was greeted with a table. There were several kinds of Hokkaido sake on tap. I ordered a 300ml bottle of this one! Taisetsunokura Honjozo Nama-Shu Cold, crisp and dry! Delicious assorted sashimi and nigirizushi! This week is still long, so I'll leave it at that! extensive knowledge Honjozo (pure brewed sake) made by polishing Hokkaido rice to 65% and brewed with a low koji ratio. It is best drunk chilled to bring out its full flavor. Polishing ratio 65 Alcohol content: 14°-15°.
