I called the restaurant and was greeted with a table.
There were several kinds of Hokkaido sake on tap.
I ordered a 300ml bottle of this one!
Taisetsunokura Honjozo Nama-Shu
Cold, crisp and dry!
Delicious assorted sashimi and nigirizushi!

Honjozo (pure brewed sake) made by polishing Hokkaido rice to 65% and brewed with a low koji ratio. It is best drunk chilled to bring out its full flavor.
