Tokusyu Jun
It is soft and fluffy.... Can't tell the difference in taste... Junmai has a gorgeous aroma. Special Junmai is fruity.

Aomori, Tsugaru, Ajigasawa, Hirosaki. We went to the breweries we wanted to visit and bought what we wanted to buy, so we were satisfied for the most part.
Rokka Sake Brewery. Apple field around the brewery. Tasting is available. Factory direct sales. You can get new products before they hit the market. You can watch the factory on a monitor.
The factory was relocated this year. The brand name was changed to "Morai" and a fresh start was made.
They are no longer making their main product, Jyobari.
The label, the sound of "Joppari," and the taste. I think they are the only unique characteristics of Jyobappari. How could they stop making it?
However, it seems that they are still meeting the demands of their customers, and I think we can expect great things from them in the future.
