Not sweet! The package says Junmai Ginjo in small letters. It has a nice aroma, and there is no nose-bleeding sensation. I tend to choose only sweet sake, but this taste is also good. I didn't realize how good cup sake could be. It goes very well with meals. I had it with pork miso soup and dried bonito.
Purchased at Sake Rakusha Nishigaya in Shimizu.
