Purchased at Tenzan Shuzo's summer brewery opening the day before yesterday. It is said to be nigorizake, a limited edition of nigori sake, available only at the annual brewery opening. Purchased at Tenzan Sake Brewery's summer kurabiraki event on Saturday, May 18. I didn't expect to have to wait an hour to buy the limited-edition sake...I was told that the number of participants had increased greatly compared to last year. Cold sake. Very tasty. It has the characteristic rice flavor of Nanada, but with some of the flamboyance of Aizan. However, compared to the Junmai sake sold in previous years, it may be a bit more glamorous. Recommended for beginners and intermediate sake drinkers.
