At the Tenzan Brewery Autumn Sake Brewery Opening held on September 21
The limited-sale menu gave the impression that the prices were a bit high for everything else.
This No. 4 bottle was sold out within 2 hours of the opening of the brewery!
Cold sake
The aroma is subdued.
It has a freshness characteristic of nama-shu, but the ripe rice flavor increases later.
The body is not that heavy.
I like it so much that it ranks high among the many kinds of Shichida's sake.
