Today we are going out for a drink. We had a party to celebrate the completion of a big job. It's been a while since we drank with a big group of people 😆 It was fun.
I didn't take a picture of the label, but I drank Jikin for the first time. It was sweet and very light, the ultimate in drinkability. I imagined it would be even better if it were a draft sake. The price was reasonable. I was quite drunk, so I don't remember much of the aroma.
This restaurant has a wide selection of sake such as Jyushidai, Akabu, Tasake, Toyo Bijin, and other royalty. As for beer, I was surprised to find Sapporo SORACHI on tap, which I was more than happy to see because it is not easy to find a place where you can drink draft beer.
