I've had 65/13 and nama sake before, but this was my first time to try fire-aged Tanaka Rokuugo.
It is a high quality food sake that is easy to drink like water, and I never get tired of drinking it 😆. たっつうAt a motsunabe restaurant in Hakata.
I was intrigued by the name "Hakata Ipponjime," and ordered this sake from the same brewery as Shigemasu.
It is a classic sake with a rice flavor similar to Hakutsuru.
