Real nice and light and tasty. Yellow apple, pear, honeydew melon, almond, marshmallow, stone.
Slightly sweet, but light with a faint acidity. Smooth and almost a little creamy. Nice fruity flavours. A bit of earthiness in the background.

Very good sake. But I haven't been able to drink this Hekiju and Hyakusyu yet. I'm so disappointed!
But they were expensive, weren't they?

Hello sake-run! I had a drink at a fancy sushi place near me. They had a sake menu. But this sake is the only sake in the boar cup. But it was delicious, and so was the sushi! Reasonably priced ($15).
