The first impression is fruity with just the right balance of acidity and sweetness, for better or worse!
You can also smell the alcohol smell that only a super dry wine can have, but when paired with the sashimi, it does not interfere with the taste!
Especially if you pair it with some fatty dishes, it is comparable in terms of both cost and taste!
Personally, I would be happy to find it in a regular izakaya.
I would recommend it to those who want a refreshing first drink.
