I had no intention of splurging, but I was attracted by the easy entry into the restaurant and the beautiful bottle on the menu, so I ordered it.
It gives the impression of being crisp and dry. It has a slight bitterness at first, followed by a spiciness. It seems to go well with dishes with strong flavors.
