Sparkling type. The taste is dry but cloudy and the rice flavor lingers long in the aftertaste. It was a perfect match with squid sashimi. The bubbles are not that strong, and the image is that of a so-called daily bubbly.
I bought it for home use, although I thought the stylish bottle would make a great gift. It has a fruity aroma that is typical of daiginjos, and the taste is relatively dry. The website says it goes well with steak, so I tried it with steak and it went well with it!
I thought that a moderately thick yet crisp bottle would be great with firm meats.
The umami and sweetness of the rice can be felt well.
The taste has a long aftertaste and fills you with a sense of happiness.
I want to drink it again!
