On New Year's Eve, I finished preparing for the New Year and had a relaxing drink. The first sip is refreshing, with a slight citrus aroma. It has a clean, dry taste with a stronger aftertaste than expected. It went perfectly with the sakekasu nabe (a hot pot with sake lees) we had for dinner.
