The sake I'm going to introduce here is Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Genshu from Daisekkei Sake Brewery in Ikeda-machi, Nagano Prefecture, my home town.
This is a sake that is only available at liquor stores in Omachi City.
It is a one square bottle.
It was refreshing on the palate.
We drank it at room temperature.
