I bought Junmai Ginjo for 720 yen at a business supermarket.
When I drank it cold, it had no peculiarity, no aroma, and a simple impression, so it didn't suit my palate and I couldn't drink it.
But when I stopped drinking it cold, and mixed it half and half with soda and squeezed lime, it was very easy to drink.
Since the base is Junmai Ginjo, there is almost no hangover or bad drunkenness.
Instead of lime, you can use lemon juice.
Try drinking it as a sparkling sake.
Because there is no brewing alcohol in it, it is good as a base of sake cocktail. If you change the way of drinking, it is easier to drink than the popular Mio.
