I bought Junmai Ginjo for 720 yen at a business supermarket. When I drank it cold, it had no peculiarity, no aroma, and a simple impression, so it didn't suit my palate and I couldn't drink it. But when I stopped drinking it cold, and mixed it half and half with soda and squeezed lime, it was very easy to drink. Since the base is Junmai Ginjo, there is almost no hangover or bad drunkenness. Instead of lime, you can use lemon juice. Try drinking it as a sparkling sake. Because there is no brewing alcohol in it, it is good as a base of sake cocktail. If you change the way of drinking, it is easier to drink than the popular Mio.

Brand name】Aki-Tombo Rakufu-Mai (Autumn only) Sake Rice】Rakkubamai(produced in Ebina city, Kanagawa pref.) It was easy to drink, with two distinct characteristics: a clean, sweet Ginjo and a Junmai with a good flavor of sake rice. The Izumihashi Sake Brewery, located in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, is a sake brewery whose symbol is a red dragonfly. With the cooperation of local sake rice growers, JA, and the Agricultural Technology Center, the brewery runs a sake rice cultivation association called the Sagami Sake Rice Research Association. We have been growing rice from the beginning.

Tombo Sparkling Lightly Fizzy Junmai Nigori Sake 2021.10 The Izumihashi Sake Brewery, located in Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, is a local sake brewery whose symbol is a red dragonfly. I love Junmai Nigori Sake, and when I go to the brewery and they have Junmai Nigori Sake I can't help but buy it. When you try it, it starts off with a clean feeling on the palate, and then the sweetness and miscellaneous flavors of nigorizake follow, making it very easy to drink. I didn't feel any bubbles at all. This time, at home, I boiled chicken breast in chicken broth, put chives sauce on it, and poured hot sesame oil on it as a side dish.
