Hanaboe (and Yamatan Masamune) will be coming to Ikebukuro Seibu from 3/10, so I opened the stock in a hurry! The nigori was really good but this one has a strong habit that I don't like😅. It tastes just like the Miyoshikiku white grape that I used for cooking!

The clear liquid is pineapple juice. It smells like pineapple. After stirring, the flavor changed and became dry, although the aroma was still pineapple. After stirring, there is a lot of lees, and you can feel it is still active in the stomach.
