The fourth and final offering was the only out-of-prefecture sake 🍶.
Haneya Special Junmai Shiboritate Nama from Tomikiku Shuzo in Toyama ✨.
After drinking 3 kinds of Fukui sake so far, I felt the image of fresh, soft, neutral flavor and then it quickly becomes sharp and clean!
I paired it with 《Tempura of bamboo shoots and wild vegetables》.
The deliciousness of the bamboo shoots and the bitterness of the wild vegetables went well together 🍴.
It's been a while since I had a solo sake bar, but I'm a little biased towards Fukui's local sake 😅.
