This time it is Denshogiku Oorigarami.
This is the 19th Hirupeko Chiba Sake Fair.
Denshogiku is a popular sake at Sakewa ✨.
I don't feel comfortable reviewing it now 💦.
It is served cold.
As it pours into the glass, there is a nice fizz to the finish.
The top aroma is a mixture of sweet sake and pineapple.
The sweet and sour taste of pineapple spreads quickly in the light mouthfeel, and the fizzy bitterness leaves a lingering sweetness and a light finish.
The moment an incandescent light is turned on, the pineapple feeling spreads as if chrysanthemums are floating in front of your eyes from the darkness.
A picture of chrysanthemums in the neighborhood is the image.
Maybe I'm being pulled in too much by the name "electric chrysanthemum"?
And this time, we took out two Saizeriya dishes.
The spicy chicken with a hint of spiciness is refreshingly clean, thanks to the shwashy bitterness of the sake and the masking of the origami, while the shrimp cream gratin has a capsule-type sake that goes well with dairy products and enhances the aroma of the white sauce.
This was a Chiba pairing, as Saizeriya originated in Chiba Prefecture 😊.
By the way, do we have one more Chiba sake left in the year? What shall I make of it 🤔

Peco, good evening 🌙
I'm just jealous of your cold chrysanthemum 〰〰,check out ❣️ there is a cultivation method of chrysanthemum called "electric chrysanthemum" 😳I see you are shining the light as shown in your picture 🤔I learned a lot 🙏.
It's also great that you come up with the idea of combining it with Saizeriya.

Hi Hirupeko, I never knew that ☀️ Saizeriya originated in Chiba 😳I had some Denshikiku last year and it was too glamorous for me, but it looks delicious with such a snack 🥰 Gratin and sake, actually go better than wine? 🤔

Hi Hirupeko 😃
I've been drinking Kangiku there even though you say it's too sweet 😆 I still haven't found the first Denshogiku I wanted to drink 😅It might be a good idea to drink it with the Tsumami in mind 🤗.

Hi Hirupeko 😃19th in Chiba series❗You drank a lot ❗✴️I'll remember the Saizeria trivia 😁💨💨Denshiro chrysanthemum goes well with western food, I guess the acidity is the deciding factor 🎵I'll refer to it when I choose 💕.

Hi, Pon. The chrysanthemum in the photo was simply hit by the light of a passing car 😅The electric chrysanthemum seems to be a way of shifting the flowering time. I learned a lot too😊.

Hello, Mamio. Saizeriya originated in Chiba. I think the first Saizeriya still remains as a memorial museum in Motoyawata, a place called Motoyawata. I'm having a hard time deciding what to eat with this gorgeous dish, but it certainly goes well with gratin 🙆😊.

Hi Jay & Nobby. Maybe it's the fact that it's sweet but also dry and easy to drink that makes me drink it there 😊I've been trying to be more conscious of the nibbles in my reviews lately, but it's difficult 😓.

Hi, pyonpyon. I'm trying to drink with a bit of pairing in mind, but oh how difficult it is 😓 Oh well - the way the acidity comes out can be a good match for western food 💡.
