Not my opinion on alcohol 😅... I made the second Zubora-meshi (zubora-meshi), which is a one-pot dish for every night! It's a reproduction of what the owner of Iwatsuki in Osaka made on TV show "Yasutomo no Itte Serious Desu"! In the TV show, all the ingredients were prepared at Lawson, but I prepared it at a supermarket or 7-Eleven. Charcoal-grilled chicken Shellfish for snacks Crab sticks silken tofu Put the above into an earthenware pot and pour one cup Put it on the fire and skim off the alcohol and it's ready to serve. On TV, it was put in a bowl and cooked without wrapping. Unlike commercial cooking sake, it has a mild sweetness and umami, and is delicious when combined with the flavor of the ingredients. It is not a one-cup drink, but I could easily eat it while drinking 😊.

Good evening, Pon-chan 😀 Pon-chan, you are a man of action... The ingredients are my favorite even as a single item, but you put it all together beautifully with sake and it looks delicious😇. I knew that even with the same alcohol, cooking alcohol and drinking alcohol make the food taste different😇.

Good evening, Pon. Immediately put into practice the information you learned on TV, and arrange to respond with something more familiar: ⤴️ You have a quintessential energy ✨. Mild sweetness and flavor made with drinking sake - looks very delicious 😊.

Good evening, Ponchan 🌙 one cup and pot is good 😋It's nice that you make it in an earthenware pot and not a sloppy one ✨In my house, the frying pan comes straight out of the oven 😆.

Good evening, Pon. 😊 I think of everlasting pot as a quick simmer in a frying pan. I have an image that it is boiled quickly in a frying pan, but it is done in an earthenware pot. I am very impressed with the way you did it. I put spinach, deep-fried tofu and pork belly in it. I put spinach, deep-fried tofu, and pork belly. 😂

Hi, Pon-chan! [I love the idea of adding crab cakes and tofu to the "always on pot" 😁. When I do this at my house, I use "ippongi" and add pork, spinach, and enoki mushrooms.

Ponchan, here's another one 🙇. Cooking wine has salt in it? I think that's what Ryuji said? I wonder if the less salt in it, the mellower it is: ☺️ I'm thinking of using cooking sake, something I can drink? I'm thinking 😁.

Good evening, Yasube! I was thinking how tedious it is to make dinner for one person, and then I thought, "This is so easy! I immediately imitated you 😁. I don't taste cooking wine, but I think it's probably more mellow 🤔.

Good evening, ma-ki-san 🦉. I'm just eating it because it's the brainchild of the owner of a Michelin-starred restaurant 😆. I think it tastes better if you skip the alcohol! It was easy to eat because it was light 😁.

Good evening, Masaaki Sapporo-san! The small pot is very useful......it's very useful in winter because it doesn't get cold easily! I used to use leftover sake a lot for cooking, but recently I bought one on purpose because I don't have any leftover 🤣.

Good evening, Hanapin 🦉. It's easier than a frying pan 😁It's just one thing from cooking to dining table 😆. That combination is the best, isn't it? I love it too😻

Hi Jive, good evening 🦉. It's a good thing I don't use a knife at all for this one 😂. Will you be making this with a single knife 😳It looks delicious😻Pork and spinach, teppan 👍.

Thanks again Manta 😊. I guess the salt makes the difference 😳that's why it tastes sweet🤔I'll have to look at the ingredients 😂. I feel like drinking it while making it, which is a good thing or a bad thing 😁.
