DAIGO was also a candidate for successor.
The Tabe family used to run the brewery, but it was transferred to the Takeshita family, so they are giving it back to the Tabe family.
The first year, only 80 koku of sake will be brewed, but I have a feeling that once they start full-scale production, they will increase the number of distributors at once.
The toji is a former employee of the Marumoto Sake Brewery in Okayama, and is still young, in his early 30s.
The name of the brewery has not been registered yet, so I'll register it under the name of Takeshita Honten.
The aroma is very gorgeous. Fruity and refreshingly sweet. It is like an apple.
It tastes like once-heated or bottle-heated.
Unlike recent revived breweries and new brands, there is no gassy feeling, which I found refreshing.
I wonder if the series of KAKEYA that was sold at Takeshita Honten under the name of KAKEYA is also sold out. I used to see it at Takashimaya.

Hello bouken-san, you have a great antennae. ❗️ I'd like to try this first drink, but it's hard to find a liquor store that carries it in Ibaraki... 😇

Good evening, Mr. Manachy.
I found a sake with a simple label in the store and upon closer inspection, I thought it was the brewery that inherited Takeshita. So I bought it 😁.
I've never been able to buy this kind of sake so I was lucky 😊.

Good evening, bouken💫.
So I read the article ❗️ and learned that Takeshita Brewery is out of business. Well, there was a place that looked after them properly 😭I would like to drink and pay my respects too 🫡.

Good evening, bouken😃.
There are situations where you want to start a new business but can't, and unfortunately some breweries are going out of business due to lack of successors 😢It's sad to see your favorite taste lost 😭

I don't know where I fixed it, so if I find it again, I'll post it.

Hi bouken😊I was curious about this one too and bought it! I thought it was a dormant brewery that had been revived, but I didn't realize that was the story behind it 😆.
I'm looking forward to drinking it 😋.

Good evening, Mr. Noodle Sake King 😃.
I am happy and sad to see that most of the new breweries are starting out with a license from a brewery that is closed or closed down 😢.

Good evening, Nemuchi 😃.
I found out about the succession on the internet, but it was only by chance that I was able to buy it 😁 or rather thanks to Rafa's visit to Sumi's sake store 🤣I wouldn't have gone there without it 😁.

Good evening, bouken-san.
I didn't know that former Prime Minister Noboru Takeshita's parents' house was like this. ❗️
Lack of successors, it's the same all over Japan.
We need to make sure that the business is passed on properly...

Good evening, Chichi 😃.
Yes, that's right 😢I originally quit brewing in '03 and bought a vat of it, but it was just revived...
They are starting to set up a company to support breweries that are having financial difficulties or lack of successors, so we'll have to keep an eye on their future 🙂.

Good morning, bouken😊There are no stores in the Kansai area that carry Watanabune Terroir yet...
I buy a lot of sake from eastern Japan.
I bought this at Saito Sake Shop in Tochigi 😁.

Thank you Masha 🙇.
I guess you have to be a pothead to get terroir after all 😢.
I used Saito Sake Shop a few times when I didn't know where I could buy Masamune 😊.
