The other day I drank Hana Yuu Sake Mirai and it was delicious!
so I bought a bottle of Toyo Bijin's Sake Mirai.

He was influenced by the owner of the brewery, Mr. Takagi 🤗.
Sake Mirai is a sake rice developed by Mr. Takagi 🌾.
Toyo Bijin 🍶 & Sake Mirai 🌾.
You can't go wrong with this one either 😆👍👍‼️
Gentle and soft sweetness on the palate...
Firm juicy umami...
Gradually sourness and bitterness show up 😳
You don't come across Jyushidai very often 😭
